Glen Beck & his full Leather Bodysuit (hmmm) make a good point.

It's not often that I agree with Glen Beck.  Not that I see him much, except on the "The Daily Show".

I used to like Al Gore, kind of.  Tipper & Al, seemed like kind of a cute young couple.  That was until the guy became Mr. "Global Warming is going to destroy us all", while biting into a burger.  While I do appreciate that his fame did bring the issue into the limelight,  I can't believe the guy lives in a mansion  (it's not like he doesn't make enough money to build some crazy eco-palace) & eats meat & dairy.  While we can vote every once in awhile, it's not like those guys ever seem to make a real dent in anything.  However, we all vote every single time we spend any money.  When we buy meat & dairy we are voting against the earth.  We are voting against a kinder world.  And we are making a conscious choice to hasten climate change.  While we would save money on sweaters down the road, I'm not sure we want to sacrifice food & water & a livable earth for the generations to come in order to wear tank tops for a longer season.  Besides, there are some awfully cute vegan sweaters out there these days.

I do wish Glen would consider Pleather for his bondage supplies though.  Of course Hemp is more earth friendly & durable for those intense sessions, but I think Pleather would be a good "Transition Tool".

Thank You Beyond Willpower, a beautiful chic who is blogging about her journey to her "goal weight" eating a plant based diet.  Lots of G/F Vegan recipes too!  She gifted me a "Stylish Blogger" award. The idea is to tell some stuff about yourself & regift it to 15 new bloggers, or maybe old bloggers, or ??
So....here's some fun blogs.  So, rules are you "thank" the blogger giving it to you & you pass it on!

  6. This is awesome, thank you. I think it's important that people recongnize vegetarianism and veganism as healthy ways of eating. (in the past I think they were seen as "weak") I am stronger than ever and push my body further than I ever did and no meat or animal products are needed to sustain my energy levels. I'll link back to this in an upcoming post!
