Missouri Dog Lovers: Are You Killing Prop. B? More Vegan Bling Jewelry.

Seitan Lover Necklace (Vegan)
Daisy Wares
$20.00

What?  You love dogs and you are pissed and livid and all over your social media telling Jay Nixon to f** o** and that you aren't going to vote for him again??  Well, first, it started with the Republican Vote base.  But you are RIGHT.  Mr. Jay Nixon should have upheld what Missouri Voters wanted and pulled his cojones out of his a** to do it.  So you are helpless and you can't stand the fact that these poor dogs are suffering so miserably why these blow hards protect their "Agricultural Interests"??

What can you do in this moment to change that?

Go Vegan.

Don't keep giving their side money!  If you think the whole thing is totally bogus and you want the puppies to win, you must quit buying products from all of the companies that want Prop B killed.  Animal Agriculture.  And that means chicken.  Yep, chicken is not vegetarian.  No meat.  No dairy.  No Eggs.  If you are still using and buying these products from people who are funding the opposition, then consider yourself against Prop. B.  Consider yourself in support of factory farming puppies.  'Cause that's why everyone is so freaked out.  They are really freaked out that if you give 2 shits about puppies that somehow you might not like that pigs are treated even worse!  You can bitch.  You can moan.  But if you are still eating chicken, you just voted.  And it wasn't for the puppies.

Simple Economics.  Quit giving money to the people who are killing Prop. B.  To the companies pouring endless funds into advertising and lobbying.   Even if you think pigs, chickens, and cows are very different creatures than your beloved puppies,  in my opinion, you should stop funding the source! If you are against abortion, you generally don't make daily payments to Planned Parenthood and have them earmarked for abortions.  Or if you are Christian, do you make a monthly check out to  A Muslim Mosque, to support their activities-or vice versa?  Do I make out checks to John Ashcroft every single day?  You vote with your money.  You buy stuff everyday.  And you probably buy food more often than anything else.  In addition to saving the puppies, well you may (in my opinion) find yourself with a lower risk of cancer, diabetes, obesity, stroke, and heart disease.

Then adorn yourself and be proud (check out more vegan jewelry here).
At least you don't have to spend countless hours trying to pull your cojones out of a vast, dark, impacted place (this diet will clean ya out too).

Animal Rescue Jewlery. Spay and Neuter is Cuter.

"Adopt Don't Shop" necklace.
Sold at Alternative Outfitters from Christy Robinson.

Do you know people who seem to be well educated or well meaning but continue to go out and "buy" a dog?  Maybe they think it's okay if it's a "reputable" breeder.....If it's not a puppy mill.  Well, real animal lovers know that "When you buy, another one must die".  That is a life that was not saved because someone insisted on buying purebred dog.  Don't they know you can basically find any type of purebred dog in a rescue?  Don't they know that another shelter dog will be killed because they didn't take the opportunity to rescue a dog already in need of a home?  Well, pull out your "Adopt Don't Shop" necklace to bring awareness to the fact that there are already enough dogs for everyone.  Let's take care of the ones that are already  here before we start creating more.  Oh, and Ms. Goldberg from "The View", on defending your right to buy purebreds.  Go f**k yourself  :)  You should know better.  To think I actually thought you were cool before I saw that clip all over the tely.

$30.00
Spread the Pit Bull Message while making a donation!
This one is for all the the Pit Bull Lovers and to spread the message the these dogs are born lovers.  It is people who who try to steal their instrinsic loving nature away and turn them into fighters.  I am going to refrain from ranting about what I think should be done with these people, but rest assured it isn't very nice (I skipped yoga today, so ahimsa isn't in my vocabulary for dogfighters).  They evoke a pretty strong guttaral reaction in me, so instead of acting on that, it's probably just best to wear this pretty necklace and help the cause.
From Her Website:
40% of the proceeds of these necklaces will be going to benefit the Linda Blair WorldHeart Foundation. The Linda Blair WorldHeart Foundation's goal is to educate and raise awareness on important issues such as pet overpopulation, dog fighting, the senseless ideals behind breed specific banning, and the most recent crisis animals who have fallen victim of home foreclosures.

Puppy Spay or Neuter Pendant.
$25.00
Christy Robinson Designs.

Do you know people who should know better, but refuse to spay or neuter their pets?  That it would take away from their "manhood" or natural state of being.  Well, these  d-bags (and any ladyfolk too that actually would fall prey to such a ridiculous notion) should be castrated themselves, and I would be more than happy to do it myself.  2 words.  Hedgeclippers, dull.
And seriously, what type of woman would want to continuously give birth until she dies.  Like that doesn't s**k enough, then most of your kids never find homes because there are just too many kids already and then there are the douchebags out there that actually go and
BUY kids.  So yours die.  Well, if you aren't into the hedgeclipper idea, maybe a more peaceful way of spreading your message is with this adorable necklace.  Another gem by Christy Robinson.

Puppy Mills Kill Pendant. Christy Robinson Design.

Seriously, Don't even get me started.  I already ranted about the 2 ton people bitching that their factory farming rights would be revoked because there was a proposition that you had to give dogs proper food and water.  I could just write this off to the fact that we live in Missouri but hush you California people.  You know you have your share of factory dairy farms with "Mastitis Mammas" all over.  You know the stench.  You know what the f**k they are talking about when they advertise "Happy Cows".  I'm just saying....there are d-bags everywhere.  But now I am going to rail on the ones here.  Yeah, that Missouri Folk (primarily folk outside of St. Louis area) want to repeal Proposition B is just demonstrating a lack of compassion and false Christianity.  Because you can't call yourself Christian if you put economic interests over basic rights of other living creatures.  Like feeding dogs and cats (that you are selling for a profit and euthanizing the ones that aren't "perfect" like your 2 ton bacon built body).  Yes, apparently it is un "American" and "Socialist" to require you to provide basic care to the dogs & cats that you are breeding.  Remember, pigs (heart attack/bacon), hamburgers (heart disease/cows), and chickens (animals that have more intrinsic direction than you or I), are NOT considered animals.  They are "livestock".  Meaning, "stock", something to be sold.  "Live", that is living.  I repeat, your right to commit crimes against other sentient beings will not be revoked.  But maybe you should hit Bible Study again, because I don't think Jesus ever said "Kill, Kill, Kill".  Wasn't there something about the meek inheriting the earth? Guess that means that those well armed, gun toting, people killing, animal eating  Americans are screwed.

Jewels for your Vegan Vixen

I am always looking for ways to subtly wear my "Vegan Gospel".  I used to be hesitant to use those words, but since seeing Will Tuttle speak and use them himself, well I feel a lot more confident about it now. But I was kind of interested in "wearing" that message the way people wear a cross. Some people wear a cross, like Madonna, almost as a "F*** You",  I can be hot and edgy and it's hip because I am Christian.  And then there are other people, like quiet Catholics,  who just seem like they were born with a cross around their necks.  Very unobtrusive.   And then there are those who not only wear their cross but when you are introduced to them, they need to make an announcement of their Christianity.  "Hi, I am Jill, and I am Christian."  Like an AA meeting or something.  If vegans did that we would get a lot of s***!  "Hi, I am Jackie, and the most important day of my life was when I accepted Veganism as my Savior." Or say, "Hey, I'm Bob, and well I am Vegan so I am not f***ing up the planet like you are with your diet of lard burgers and poisoned chickens."

Well, I just want to say that I also may adorn myself with a cross now, but with a slant. So I perused the vegan sites for hip gear.....and stumbled upon Herbivore's new Herbivore cross necklaces. They carry copper and silver (although they may currently be out of silver) and they rock. And at $30.00 they are a cute, inexpensive addition to our garb.

Aren't they cute??

Another adorable necklace is offered by PETA for 20 bucks. he Christy Robinson necklace features 3 animals and Peace for All.

Christy Robinson "Peace to All" necklace.   Proceeds to to the animals.

Of course there is the "Carrie Bradshaw" "Vegan" necklace from PETA as well.

On sale for $15.00 now.

But the "Mother Lode" of Vegan/Yoga necklaces has got to be this.  Sonja Picard's "Ahimsa" necklace with ALL of the profits going to PETA so you can forget your guilt girl!  Think of it as a "donation" because that's exactly what it is. This is more of an anniversary gift or a bit more special. Well at least for girls like me who don't place any emphasis on jewelry. It is $150.00 but the great part about it is that 100 percent of the profits go to PETA.  I am waiting for a piece to come out with the "Lokah Samastah Sukinoh Bhavantu" Sanskrit on it.

Sonja Picard "Ahimsa" necklace (Sanskrit).
Follow the link to buy the "Ahimsa" Sonja Picard Necklace. All proceeds to PETA.

The other necklace (not really Vegan themed!) that I was eyeing for awhile, With no message at all, is this one from Raw Food World.  Apparently it keeps you grounded or helps with EMF's....I really don't know.  But this month, December, they are having a sale and they feel kind of cool.
